If we want to have adequate physical strength and movement efficiency to fulfill the demands of our jobs, sports, and daily lives, it is necessary to train our physical qualities specifically and optimise our movements.

Procedure of Our Service
我們將首先了解您的訓練目標、體型,以及評估您在進行特定動作或訓練時的運動方式。
隨後,我們將根據您當前的具體情況進行體能訓練和指導,以滿足您在運動和日常活動中的生理需求,並改善您目前在個人生活或運動方面遇到的體能問題。
We will first understand your training goals, morphology, and assess how you move when performing specific movements or training.
Following that, we will do conditioning trainings and coaching according to your current circumstance, in order to fulfill your physiological demands of sport and daily activities, and improve the conditioning issues you are now encountering in your personal or athletic life.

- 一對一指導每節約 60 分鐘,二人以上指導每節約 90 分鐘
- 需要穿運動服。請確保您的身體狀況適合進行教練指導
- 如果您線上參加,成功預約後,您將在活動前一天收到網上會議室的連結。在整個教練指導過程中,請逗留在安全、安靜、舒適的場所
- One-on-one coaching lasts around 60 minutes every session, while coaching with two or more individuals lasts around 90 minutes every session
- Athletic attire is required. Make sure you are physically fit to engage in coaching
- If you participate online, you will receive a link to the online meeting room one day before the event after successfully making an appointment. Throughout the session, kindly remain in a safe, peaceful, and comfortable location

如果您有興趣參加我們的「力量教練指導」,請透過電子郵件或我們的社交媒體帳號 (WhatsApp 或 Instagram) 與我們聯繫。
收到您的訊息後,我們將一起了解您參加本次教練指導的目的和目標、日常運動習慣以及身體狀況,並探討進一步教練指導的可能。
當我們雙方同意根據您的具體情況進行教練指導時,我們將向您提供一份知情同意書和一份體能活動適應能力問卷(PAR-Q)供您填寫,以獲得您參與我們服務的同意,並確定您的身體狀況是否能夠參與我們的服務。
隨後,我們會安排您的教練指導時間和地點,並向您發送帳單詳情。
If you are interested in joining our “Strength Coaching”, simply just notify us via email or our social media accounts (WhatsApp or Instagram).
Following receipt of your message, we will work together to learn more about your purpose and goals of this coaching session, workout routine and physical condition, as well as to explore any potential possibilities for further coaching.
When we both agree to have coaching regarding your circumstances, we will provide you with an informed consent form and the physical activity adaptability questionnaire (PAR-Q) to complete in order to obtain your consent to participate in our services and determine whether you are physically capable of engaging in our services.
After that, we will arrange the time and place for your coaching session while sending you the billing details.
繳費流程
Payment Procedure
我們的「力量教練指導」服務按次收費,費用將以港幣結算。由於我們只接受預約,因此會優先為先付款的客戶預留時段。
收到包含帳單資訊的通知後,請盡快完成付款。只有在我們向您發送付款確認函後,您的預約才算正式確認。
Our “Strength Coaching” is charged per session and Hong Kong dollars will be used to settle the balance. As we only accept appointments, the time slot will be reserved for those who pay first.
After getting our notification with billing information, please complete the payment as soon as possible. The appointment won’t be deemed confirmed until we send you a confirmation that the payment was received.
