如果您想減少代償性動作來打破用力時的不良習慣,我們可以一起有條不紊地訓鍊您身體的靈活性,並以適當的方式進行鍛鍊。

We all wish that we might be mobile to do what we enjoy and fervently pursue our objectives in our everyday lives and in a variety of activities.

If you want to reduce compensatory movements to break negative habits when we exert force, we could work together to practice your body’s flexibility in an organized way and workout in an appropriate way.

“Flexibility Coaching” is intended to assisting you in unlocking your mobility potential, enhancing the quality of fundamental movement patterns to cope with current life and sports challenges.

Procedure of Our Service

我們將首先了解您在進行特定動作時的活動模式,確定目前哪些肌肉緊繃或受到抑制,以及哪些關節沒有達到正常的活動範圍。

隨後,我們將根據您當前的具體情況進行伸展運動、基礎體能訓練和指導等,以減低您動作受限的因素,突破目前運動能力的瓶頸,並鞏固您的運動基礎。

We will begin by understanding your movement patterns when performing specific movements, and identifying which muscles are tight or inhibited at the moment, as well as which joints are not attaining their normal range of motion.

After that, we will do stretches, supporting foundational conditionings and coaching etc. according to your current circumstance, in order to reduce factors that limit your sport movements, break through the current plateau in your athletic abilities, and solidify your athletic foundation.

Notes before Appointment

如果您有興趣參加我們的「靈活性教練指導」,請透過電子郵件或我們的社交媒體帳號 (WhatsApp 或 Instagram) 與我們聯繫。

收到您的訊息後,我們將一起了解您參加本次教練指導的目的和目標、日常運動習慣以及身體狀況,並探討進一步教練指導的可能。

當我們雙方同意根據您的具體情況進行教練指導時,我們將向您提供一份知情同意書和一份體能活動適應能力問卷(PAR-Q)供您填寫,以獲得您參與我們服務的同意,並確定您的身體狀況是否能夠參與我們的服務。

隨後,我們會安排您的教練指導時間和地點,並向您發送帳單詳情。

If you are interested in joining our “Flexibility Coaching”, simply just notify us via email or our social media accounts (WhatsApp or Instagram).

Following receipt of your message, we will work together to learn more about your purpose and goals of this coaching session, workout routine and physical condition, as well as to explore any potential possibilities for further coaching.

When we both agree to have coaching regarding your circumstances, we will provide you with an informed consent form and the physical activity adaptability questionnaire (PAR-Q) to complete in order to obtain your consent to participate in our services and determine whether you are physically capable of engaging in our services.

After that, we will arrange the time and place for your coaching session while sending you the billing details.

繳費流程
Payment Procedure

我們的「靈活性教練指導」服務按次收費,費用將以港幣結算。由於我們只接受預約,因此會優先為先付款的客戶預留時段。

收到包含帳單資訊的通知後,請盡快完成付款。只有在我們向您發送付款確認函後,您的預約才算正式確認。

Our “Flexibility Coaching” is charged per session and Hong Kong dollars will be used to settle the balance. As we only accept appointments, the time slot will be reserved for those who pay first.

After getting our notification with billing information, please complete the payment as soon as possible. The appointment won’t be deemed confirmed until we send you a confirmation that the payment was received.
