WILCO Conditioning Values

從小到大,我們就不斷磨練自己的技藝,付出無限的努力來突破自己的界限,以實現自己的目標,實踐我們的抱負,享受我們的生活。
然而,在這個過程中,我們可能會過度專注於克服一個又一個挑戰,我們的體能可能不如以前,無法持續支撐我們日常工作、運動和其他活動所需。
有時,我們甚至因為自己體能的不足,懷疑自己是否還能堅持熱切追求自己的目標,能否繼續從事自己熱愛的運動和活動。
面對我們目前的身心狀態,我們該如何照顧好自己,過好當下的生活,穩步地走向我們所願去的地方?
At an early age, we continuously hone our skills and put in limitless effort to push our boundaries in order to realise our goals, live up to our aspirations and enjoy our life.
But in the process, we could get overly preoccupied with conquering one challenge after another, our physical fitness might not be as good as before, and become unsustainable in supporting our daily demands for work, sports, and other activities.
At times, because of the inadequate level of our physical fitness, we might even question if we can keep up our ardent pursuit of our goals or whether we will be able to continue engaging in the sports and movements we love.
In the face of our current state of body and mind, how can we take good care of ourselves, live our lives well in the present, and get wherever we desire to go steadily?

從 WILCO 體能訓練的角度來看,沒有甚麼比做真實的自己、過自己真正熱愛的生活更重要。
只要我們時刻照顧好自己的身體和自己的實際需要,不斷學習和鍛煉,朝著自己的初衷不斷前進,我們每個人都可以成為專業運動員的一分子,並在自己的舞台上發光發亮。
這不僅僅是我們提升自我的健身之旅;這也是我們對「鍛鍊」的明確定義。
Nothing is more important than being our true selves and living the life we genuinely love from the perspective of WILCO Conditioning.
Everyone of us could be a part of a professional athlete and excel on our own stage as long as we are consistently take good care of our bodies and our actual needs, keep learning and exercising, and advancing towards our original intentions.
This is not just our fitness journey for self-improvement; this is also our unambiguous definition of “Exercise”.

我們的教練 Our Coach
我們的教練多年來一直熱衷於幫助各個年齡層和運動背景的朋友克服生活和運動中的挑戰。他擁有國際認證的體能教練、私人教練和矯正運動專家等資格。他將結合自身的「鍛鍊」經歷,以及在香港知名體育協會和物理治療診所獲得的實務經驗,幫助我們每個人在身體靈活性和運動專項改善方面取得更好的進展,更加堅定地做自己,更加享受生活的每一刻。
Our coach has been enthusiastic about helping friends of all ages and athletic backgrounds overcome challenges in both life and athletics for years. He holds international certifications as certified strength coach, certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist etc. He will combine his own “Exercise” experience with practical experience gained in renowned athletic association and physiotherapy clinic in Hong Kong, to help each of us make better progress in body flexibility and sport-specific improvement, become more resolute to be who we are, and relish every moment of our lives more.
